Channel V has recently started three news shows, totally dedicated to the teenagers and college going students. The Buddy Project is the new show on Channel V. The show first series was aired on July 23, 2012 and was very popular among the teenagers.

Due to its popularity, the makers of the Channel V show has decided to start The Buddy Project season 2, which started from March 2013.

The Channel V show The Buddy Project shows features the current problem of students which they face generally in daily school and college life.

The Buddy Project Story

The story of Channel V show ‘The Buddy Project’ moves around the life of school and college going students. The first season of the show was based on the students life of ‘Royal Academy’ one of the very prestigious school academy.

The story talks about the journey of eight students. The students were filled with energy but none was there to guide them. Only the school principal ‘Ramanujam’ realizes this worst situation and tries to guide these students.

The Buddy Project season 2 is based around the life of KD (Fahad Ali), Ranveer (Kunal Jaisingh), Kiya (Bharti Kumar), Piddi (Nikhil Mehta) and Panchi (Palak Jain).

These students are studying in another prestigious college. Here Arun Jaitley (Manav Gohil) is here to help these students and teach them about the life.

The Buddy Project season 2 has featured Fahad Ali (KD – Keshav Desai) as the main lead of the show. The show also features ‘Bharti Kumar’ in the lead role; she is playing the role of Kiya Gujral in season 2.

Kiya is the diva of her college but she hates it when everyone recognizes her as younger sister of her sister. She wants to grab the attention of everyone but with her own style. The Buddy Project 2 also features Kunal JaiSingh, Palak Jain, Nikhil Mehta, Sonal Vengurlekar, Manish Nawani and Samridh Bawa.


The show went off in November 29, 2013.
